085: Lead Gen Round Up

I’m still recovering from my wedding, so this week is a round-up of some previous editions focusing on alternative lead-generation strategies:

  1. Any outreach must target a pain your buyer recognises and is motivated to solve. Make sure it passes the Sunday Night Test.
  2. Next, ensure that your lead generation is sustainable.​
  3. Try the side door approach of starting a podcast.
  4. ​Partnerships take time, but they always work.​
  5. If you struggle with podcasts or partnerships, try the Executive Lunch/Dinner Playbook.

Then, once you start booking sales calls, make sure they show up.
